May 2024
Hello, my freinds! There are only the last few days of May left, so I'm in a hurry with news for this month😊
May was filled with trips, analysis our ministry of the semester, studies and joyful news)) I rejoice, how good and timely God is.
At the end of the semester, we held a Spring Project, where we went as a whole community. There were 40 of us, some of them are seekers with whom we had evangelistic meetings during the year and newly converted students.
It was a great time which impacted most of us!
During tree days all students shared more openly about their lives and became better friends than during previous couple of months.
It was nice to see how students helped, supported each other during the hiking and shared sincerely their thoughts, life stories and questions. We had a vision not just to have fun, but a spiritual impact during these days.
We dreamed and prayed that the students would "Discover" God for themselves through the beauty around them, the community and the Word. That’s why our staff and volunteers prepared such discussion time, speech and schedule for this project.

our team Kyiv Center |
Our team of Kyiv Center staff had an analysis of everything that was done during this semester, had results, and also noted what was good and what can be improved in the next year of ministry. This photo the last in this format of team😢
And here I want to share with you great news and changes in my life. At the end of July, I will move to Odesa, and my next year of ministry for students will be there. Since the beginning of the war, there has been no team of staff in Odesa, due to the danger and constant shelling of the city. But there remained volunteers who wanted to continue the ministry. The war is still going on, but life goes on and there are many students in the city, so we dreamed of resuming full service there. For now, we rejoice with all our hearts that God has blessed us with a new team that will now serve there. I will also be a part of it😊
This is a photo from the Baptism of our volunteers Svyatik and Sofia, I once wrote about them in letters, about their repentance, about spiritual growth and changes in heart and life. Thank you for praying for them then. And now we had the joy of watching them make one of the most beautiful and important covenants in their lives.
This time at the Baptism, when Svyatik and Sofia read their covenants with God, and then told their testimonies, I had tears in my eyes, somehow they touched me in a special way with their sincerity and God's boundless love for people.
You can see also how many students wanted to share this holiday with them. A significant share is our seekers students who went to the spring project and now consider themselves real friends😃
From a personal point of view, my studies at UBTS seminary are coming to an end. There is only one session left in June. It was a useful time for me with new thoughts, understanding and experience.
Now we have started the period of training and development of the team of partners. And this means that there will be many meetings, new acquaintances and trust in God that he will take care of me and provide me with all the resources for the next year of ministry.
My prayer needs and thanks:
1) Great thanks to God for the Baptism of Sophia and Svyatik! Please pray for their future life with God, their ministry in the church and in Campus.
2) Unbelievable thanks to God for creating a team of staff in Odesa and resuming full ministry there!
3) I am very grateful to God for the period of development of the team of ministry partners and new partners with whom I have already met.
4) Please pray for my move, actually I'm a little worried because there will be a lot of new things for me at once and a lot of things need to be done before the semester begins. Search for housing, arrangement there, for the new church in Odesa, adaptation there and work in our new team.
5) Please pray for my girls (Vika, Yulia and Nastya), whom I share Gospel in Kyiv and with whom we became good friends, and I would very much like to maintain relations at a distance. But here locally they also need a new mentor.
6) Praying for contacts and new partners (prayer and financial) who would like to join and become a part of serving students in Ukraine.
If you can share about me and my ministry in your church or home group, I would greatly appreciate you.
Thank you that I can serve God together with you and see His love in the lives of others and in my own 💖
«And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.»
